We are not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and our services may not be used for:

  • Tenant screening

  • Credit decisions

  • Insurance underwriting

  • Any purpose regulated by the FCRA

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the information provided only for lawful business and marketing purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Harass, stalk, or threaten any person

  • Use the data for illegal solicitation

  • Misrepresent your identity

  • Violate federal, state, or local laws

  • Use the service in connection with discriminatory practices

You are solely responsible for how you use the information obtained from our platform.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By submitting files or placing orders, you confirm that:

  • You have a legitimate business purpose for requesting the data

  • You have the legal right to contact the individuals

  • Your use complies with Do Not Call (DNC), TCPA, and all marketing regulations

Skip Tracer Pro is not responsible for verifying your compliance.

5. Data Accuracy & No Guarantee

Skip tracing involves aggregating data from multiple public and private sources.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy

  • Completeness

  • Deliverability

  • Currentness

All information is provided as-is.

6. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final.

Due to the digital and immediate nature of data delivery, we generally do not offer refunds once processing has begun or results have been delivered.

If a technical error occurs on our end, we may, at our discretion, reprocess the order or issue account credit.

7. File Uploads & Data Handling

You retain ownership of the files you upload.

You grant us permission to process them solely to fulfill your order.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect customer data.

We do not sell or resell your uploaded lists.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in illegal activity

  • Abuse or misuse the service

  • Create risk or legal exposure for our company

No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skip Tracer Pro shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or business interruption

  • Claims arising from how you use the data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skip Tracer Pro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and systems are the property of Skip Tracer Pro and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

12. Modifications to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
